Although we no longer offer a full-service seafood counter, it is still fairly simple to pick up fresh seafood to prepare at home.
On weekdays, you may simply walk into Stan's and make your selection from our self-serve retail cases.
Our Fresh Seafood Service swings into gear on Friday mornings. We offer a special shipment of fresh seafood that we order just for our retail customers,
along with some DreamCatcher Farm specialties each week.
Lelia and Susanne start early each Friday morning to have your order cut, packaged, and labeled ready for pick up between 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
The available seafood, meat and related products for Friday pick-up will be listed several ways each week:
-on an order form in the restaurant
-on a recording on the Fresh Seafood Hotline (502-895-0167)
-on this web page under "This Week's Specials"
Place your order in either of these ways by Thursday morning at 9:00 a.m. for Friday pick-up.
We are also delighted to prepare cooked shrimp and poached salmon as we have done for many years.
